Meet Eden!

Originally from Oxford, PA, Eden attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where she studied Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management, Human Resources, and Economics. With a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, she has developed a deep appreciation for creating meaningful experiences and connecting with people.

When she’s not at work, Eden enjoys getting creative through jewelry making, painting, writing, and photography. She’s also the proud owner of two white cats!

And if you’re dining with Eden, there’s one thing to know: she’d much rather order a table full of appetizers than commit to a single dinner or dessert. We can definitely get behind that!

Isaac Shirey

KITCHEN MANAGER

Meet Isaac!

Originally from Dover, Delaware, Isaac has spent the past seven years building a career in hospitality. Isaac had the opportunity to apprentice under Corporate Chef Eli Jackson where he has continued to develop his skills and passion for the culinary arts.

Outside the kitchen, you’ll find Isaac traveling or snowboarding whenever the opportunity arises. At home, he’s kept busy with three dogs – Yogurt, Lillie, and Luna – along with a few stray cats. On his days off, Isaac enjoys grabbing takeout or keeping things simple in the kitchen with a couple of steaks or an easy pasta dish.

Isaac loves being part of the culinary scene in Rehoboth Beach and learning all aspects of the culinary craft.
